Kitty news

I am giving way to public demand...here are the kitty shots...

Our eyes are not yet open, but claws seem to be working just fine. The dirty thumbnail belongs to Darling d who cheekily suggested that I use photoshop to clean it. She is wearing a skirt that is as short as a curtain pelmet, for those of you who remember them, and it was a near thing that Tiddles was provided with enough surface area to cling onto. I would like to be able to say that it was not like that in my day...but my mother used to say that - because in my day (the 60's and 70's) our skirts were even shorter.

I have just returned from a happy morning with my musical autists, where I played the harmonium a lot...cos I like it...and luckily so did they. Last week one of them said they liked Amel Bent, who is a French singer. I found this on you-tube and adapted it for the harmonium...I will leave you to imagine what my version sounds like.
I think the text is wonderful though, especially for a public who are considered "different" by the mainstream of society.
The first verse starts:
I have only one philosophy, which is to be accepted for who I am, whatever other people say...

Good enough for me...
